Is California Regulating Pro-Life Speech? FACT ACT
The Alliance for Defending Freedom held a preview of the upcoming Supreme Court case. California’s Reproductive Freedom Accountability, Comprehensive Care, and Transparency Act, enacted in 2015, requires licensed pregnancy and women’s health facilities to provide notice (in 39 different languages no less) to clients that abortion is an option and the state has family planning programs available to eligible women.
